Are you looking for a fun way to connect your mind, body and spirit all the while bringing in a sense of peace? We all need some time to relax and unwind so what better way than to join us for our first Yoga session with healthy snacks at Oosterpark to start off our week? Give yourself a break from your busy demands and relax with some reflection, support and self care.
No experience needed to participate, don’t forget to bring a yoga mat or towel with you! You can participate as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, with no expectations.
